DEI Development Programs for Individual Contributors

We’re advancing cultural change within organisations and enabling employees to make inclusion a practice every day.

Current diversity and inclusion initiatives such as diversity recruitment targets, maternity policies, flexible workplace practices, mentoring programs and unconscious bias training, are limited to addressing policies and processes, but they ignore the practices – that is the behaviours and norms that create the lived experience of inequality. Our programs are designed to advance cultural change within organisations and enable employees to make inclusion a practice every day. The simulation exercises ensure lots of interaction among participants to boost peer-to-peer learning.

Values in Action

Values in Action

Values drive culture, and culture drives productivity, safety, sustainability, and inclusion. Our Values in Action program takes the next step towards embedding corporate values into the way that employees behave, leaders lead, and the workplace works. It provides clarity on how employees need to work when it comes to demonstrating acts of inclusion and living their organisation’s values. We provide a simple, shared language to ensure individuals know how to align their decisions and actions to the organisation’s values. If you want to outcompete your competitors and lead your business into the future start with putting your company values into action. The core content when it comes to the practices associated with the values is tailored to each organisation.

Champions for Change

Champions for Change

To move beyond performative allyship, organisations need champions who will work with their diversity and inclusion team to advance cultural change within the organisation. Through our Champions for Change program, we create a safe space for individuals to reflect, review, and explore how they can advance DEI at work by providing examples, case studies, and insights into what it means to be a catalyst for change. We enable champions to identify why advancing DEI serves them personally, and how they can take action every day. This practical applied interactive learning series develops the foundational capability of any diversity and inclusion change agent.

Allyship in Action

Allyship in Action

Being an ally isn’t just a matter of tolerance or even quiet support. Allyship involves deliberate intent and steps towards empathy, and specific actions towards improving the experience of minority groups. The Allyship in Action program will provide employees with the tools they need to tackle everyday behaviours that are sexist, discriminatory, and exclusionary. This includes developing employees’ ability to have difficult conversations, and to give and receive direct one-on-one feedback.
